EXIF data

When the EXIF data is pulled from an image that has been submitted for te competition what is actually used?

Home Location - Standard or DST?
Destination Location - Standard or DST?
GMT/UTC?

It could affect entries taken early on the first day or late on the last day of a competition. Travelling between London and South Africa means there is a 2 hour difference and I tend to leave Home as London and Destination as Jo'burg. So, if the data used is "Home" and I am in Jo'burg and take an image at 01:30 local time it is recorded as 23:30 "Home" and 01:30 as "Dest."

Exif data records the destination time if you have set that. Otherwise it records at your home time.
