Exif Data

I have just joined the site and have downloaded some images but I cannot get them to show any exif data. How do I upload them so this can be accessed. When I upload on Flickr the data is always available on my shots but I don't seem to do anything in particular to make that happen. Help !!!

EXIF data may not be retained depending on the software used or the method in which the file is saved, for example with photoshop the exif is usually retained, however if you "save for web" then the exif is discarded.

Also bear in mind that large images will have the EXIF Data stripped out by the forum software, to reduce the file size. If you resize to 1000 pixels on the longest side and less than 400K you should find loading will be faster and the data will be intact.
