As for developing a fault it should have the full normal, as new, guarantee, albeit any cosmetic damage wouldn't be covered. The buyer's contract is with CameraCentreUK.
Buying one of those I'd make sure it is fully covered and get that in writing as they do have a reputation for the AF failing.
