My neighbour had a similar experience to yours, but ended up with 4 stents. He doesn't shoot Pentax though, so his are probably better!

That said, he's in his 70's and now racing around like a 20 year old.

Hope you get back to your normal routines very quickly. My brother had the same misfortune last year, he seems to be a lot healthier now.

Glad to hear you're on the mend and looking forward to some 'me' time.

We blokes often tend to 'tough it out' and not want to suffer the indignity of an ambulance at the front door
...sometimes our other halves DO know best though...well done Catherine.

Best wishes. Change your lifestyle a bit, walk every day, eat sensibly, don't get stressed (difficult, I know) and you'll be fine. You might find a micro4/3 camera and lens a bit lighter to carry around...
