Epson printer

Can any one tell me how I can add a paper profile/type to my paper settings.

You need to tell us which model of printer it is and we might have a clue!

Unless it is one of the more expensive Epsons, you will probably need to stick with the profiles that came with it, which are usually excellent as long as you use the right paper.

It is a PX730WD

I have a PX720WD which I think is virtually the same as yours - you can't use custom profiles with this printer as far as I know (I spent ages researching this on the web). Someone out there may know different.

In any case I find the profiles for the Premium Glossy and Ultra Glossy paper are very good, but you must use quality paper, preferably Epson.

I have had great results with non-genuine inks and I now use refillables from a company called Signal Inks which you can buy on ebay.

Thank you very much for your help, I found that ilford paper worked well on my last epson, esp satin. I have an ink flow system to fit so will see how the results go, thanks again.
