I've seen it much cheaper than this in the Uk recently. I shall try to find out where.
Incidentally, the duty is likely to be peanuts.

No, I was right. Park has them for £149.00.
Not exactly "much" cheaper, but cheaper and safer.

It's here..
WOW.. it's a bit different to my old AF200..
I've been taking a few shots around the house, and it's brilliant. Obviously using a flash is done in lower light than normal. With my DL, the pop-up flash is OK, but the AF does tend to hunt a bit, unless you focus on an eye.. and then it's in a well lit room. That AF assist spot beam is fantastic. I took it into the bathroom (I can get it just about pitch black in there) no lights, and it took a perfectly exposed picture after focussing as quickly as any other shots I'd taken. Of course, it being dark, I didn't know what I'd taken a picture of until afterwards.
Definitely money well spent, and a thumbs up to Park Cameras, for a fast turn around.
Cheers

Susan said less than £145...
Good to know we've got a friendly, competitive shop - only hear good things about you. Any chance of price-matching the Canadian K10D's?

I've gone back through 4 years of feedback, and almost every complaint (not that there were that many) was for not reading the description, or slow delivery.
My sums..
Flash .................£97.90
VAT ..................£17.13
Duty (20%??).....£20.00
Postage.............£25.80
Total..................£160.83
Still £40 cheaper than anywhere else I've seen.. Jessops sale price is £199.99 for instance.
Is that the right import duty %age, as I couldn't find it?
Cheers
