Cracking images as always, Roger - clinically detailed and poetically seen. That first one looks like some creepy-crawly animal's skin.

You are quite right. You can take a clinically perfect shot and be happy with it. Then you can do the same but introduce artistry - which transforms it. These are well worth the effort that went into them.
