Crikey the last time i seen something like that it had Micheal Jackson in it!!

A huge plastic bubble, at least 30 feet high, was erected over the equestrian statue of the Marquis of Londonderry in Durham Market Place. Its part of Lumiere, a four-day festival of light in the city.
