Beautifully composed shots and a great sense of scale with the low viewpoints.

I like the composition etc of these
For many years this has been known locally as 'the rust ship' - it's a shame really that it has spent so long without being used
The coast episode does a good job in relation to it's history - I would like to think it has a future

It was oft known as the Mostyn Fun Ship .
i had heard that hey'd very recently started cutting it up - no idea if it's true or not.
I did visit some months back and she was still in one pice, well sheeted off and sealed.

I took these a few weeks ago during that brief unseasonably hot spell. No sign of activity, no piles of metal or skips full of stuff. I'd say it's not being cut up... yet.i had heard that hey'd very recently started cutting it up - no idea if it's true or not.
In these modern days of health and safety gone mad I can't see anyone going to the expense of refurbishment and adaptation - a mighty cost, probably exceeded only by its scrap value?

The fun ship was one of it's official names It was oft known as the Mostyn Fun Ship.
The rust ship being the one seemingly most favoured by some of the locals
I hope they don't scrap it and find a decent use for it

Love the Black and White version.
You need to get into the ship itself and do some urbex bet it's amazing inside and on deck
- Very tall ladder Grappling hook and rope

Some of you might be interested in seeing how she was in her heyday. Not mine unfortunately. But I particularly like the one of her entering Holyhead.

We're the security guards around, they were pretty keen at keeping people away at one time?
