Dual camera strap

Just a quick post to say that I've bought this strap.
After trying some cheap belt clips, which were pretty good, but not quite right, I've been looking for something more robust and even easier to use in the heat of a frenetic wedding shoot.
I looked at all the expensive options and read all the threads, but then this strap popped up on Amazon and for 10 quid, it was a no-brainer. I figured if it turned out to be a bit dicey for my big ol' 645's I could just add better clips or whatever.
Turns out it is flippin' brilliant!
Well-made, smart, not too ridiculous to walk around in and perfectly strong enough for a whopping great camera.
I had a K5 and a 645 hanging off me for 12 hours with no problems. I did tether the Z with a shoe lace to a higher point on the harness, but it wasn't necessary.
The screw-in tripod mount has a nice long screw and really easy thumb-wheel, and can take a tripod plate underneath.
It's really comfortable and ridiculously easy to use - getting either camera up to my eye and back hanging at my hip in no time at all, with no tangles or pfaff whatsoever. Easy to walk around in, no banging, and running is simple enough as you just hold the cameras as you would any baggage.
Only hassle is getting it off, as you end up with two cameras swinging around from a harness that you want to put down. Bit awkward, but I think it's just practice. Basically, just sit down and take the weight off them before taking off harness.
My partner - constantly tangled in conventional straps, was totally sold.
oh, incidentally, I also had a camera bum pack round my waste for bits and bobs, or to hold lenses as I change them.

Just watch those carabinas, seen many give over the years.

I've taped up the carabiners so they don't rattle loose or scratch the bodies.

A dual harness has been my standard "strap" for the last four years Mark. Mine wasn't cheap but does have a steel cord enclosed to prevent knives cutting the straps and has stainless ball bearing fasteners for the cameras with zero possibility of scratches or damage to a body. link Easily manages two 645's as I've used it with the Z and N II.

My "bum bag" is a Lowepro Off Trail 2 link. It has a third body with lens in it and the two lens pouches carry two 600ml bottles of water.
