does anybody know if the eye-fi cards will work on a ds2?

They seem to work on just about everything. Eye-Fi won't say they
do because the camera hasn't got certain facilities such as being
able to tag favourites etc.
The card is self contained, all the camera does is save it as
it does to a normal card and when the Eye-Fi chip in the card
see's it it tries to upload over the Wi-Fi.
Great piece of kit. They even use them in CF adapters on
Nikons.

I should have added that I did use an Eye-Fi card without any
problems with the *ist DS. The smaller files transfer quicker
as well.
