Me step mum Morag was a Scot, and if there's one thing she and unca Ewan taught me.... it's that Scotsmen seem cheap.... it's cause they saves thier monies, for good scotch!

I'm looking a a Sony video cam that has a nex mount lens... then there are the samsung nx series cameras and of course the 4/3rds class....
I see cosina, novaflex and other brands making adapters to mount various lenses to these cameras....
of course me being both cheap and brilliant have come up with a $5.00 solution.....
anybody out there gets a hold of one of these adapters (esp the pentax to samsung nx or pentax to sony nex) please measure the thickness of the adapter for me and let me know how many mm's space there is between the mounts....
It seems to me a cheap black plastic pentax to nx or nex adapter could be made by simply epoxying a pk lensmount cap to an nx or nex black plastic bodycap with a pvc plumbing pipe spacer....... of course drilling a big hole through it when it is finished drying .....
getting a pentax prime onto one of those cameras for $5.00 or less would be fun to try...
