There, I said it
I'm very disappointed.
I don't believe you

It's a splendid little camera. A bit past it these days, with a mere 5 MP, and the AF is a bit slow. But it does the job* when I need something small.

And the JPEGs are dead sharp, straight off the card...

* ironically mostly for video, as it happens

Perhaps you could borrow a camera to take a few shots?
Well I did think of it but as this is a Pentax site..

All my friends have Nikon D40X/D70/D80s or Canon 350/400.. I suppose I could borrow a D70 or D80. The others feel like toy cameras.

Sounds like you're having the wrong friends...

Obviously not photographers, just gear bunnies.

I don't think there are any bad DSLRs on the market at the moment.

To the competition administrator, Daniel Bridge;

As a good learner, I noted many mistakes in my posted image. Wondering knows if the competition rules might me do some corrections. Please?

And besides, its all for fun anyway, right?

Of course, if you do win with the modifications, we'll have to demand a recount and hunt you down. (lighting torches and gathering pitch forks...)

Just kidding of course!

Yes I've got it and instaled it but have not yet plugged the camera in, will play with it tomorrow.

There are some very good entries in there, going to be tough deciding. Who is judging this one?
