Well I did think of it but as this is a Pentax site..Perhaps you could borrow a camera to take a few shots?
All my friends have Nikon D40X/D70/D80s or Canon 350/400.. I suppose I could borrow a D70 or D80. The others feel like toy cameras.

Obviously not photographers, just gear bunnies. I do, they all mocked me when I said I was buying Pentax
I don't think there are any bad DSLRs on the market at the moment.

To the competition administrator, Daniel Bridge;
As a good learner, I noted many mistakes in my posted image. Wondering knows if the competition rules might me do some corrections. Please?

Of course, if you do win with the modifications, we'll have to demand a recount and hunt you down. (lighting torches and gathering pitch forks...)
Just kidding of course!

There are some very good entries in there, going to be tough deciding. Who is judging this one?

Heretic!! Burn 'm all at the stake!
There, I said it
It's a splendid little camera. A bit past it these days, with a mere 5 MP, and the AF is a bit slow. But it does the job* when I need something small.
And the JPEGs are dead sharp, straight off the card...
* ironically mostly for video, as it happens
