DFA 150-450mm football gallery

I just posted a gallery of images from an amateur football match on my web-site at Amateur Football.
Most of the images up to no.121 were taken with my K3 and DFA 150- 450mm until it got a bit dark and I switched to the Sigma 70-200mm F2.8.

It was an evening kick-off with no floodlights so not the best of conditions to test my new lens but I have to say I think it's the best sport/wildlife lens I've used.
Fast focussing and sharp wide open.

Nice! From the low angle it looks like most or all shots were taken hand-held? If so, those are pretty remarkable results for a heavy lens in evening light. Good sharp subjects with smoothly rendered backgrounds. Impressive.
