Thanks Mike-P,
Your comments on TP were much appreciated I will be updating that one and this one once the K-5 arrives, I simply cannot wait. Was not as giddy about the K-5 as I was with the D7000 and the D7000 I had been lusting over for months!

too new to have my own opinion so I will simply take your word for it, not that the TP guys are not cool just too much Canon / Nikon orientated really.

Amazing camera love it to bits but big and with my 50-150 Sigma it felt simply uncomfortable to use. On a whim I go to SRS in Watford and ask to have a go to a K-5 with a 50-135 and I was sold. The button layout, the weight, the grip the lens the balance. The camera felt just so right in my hands I just needed to have it and I did, it is now on its way to me with the Kit lens.
As I am selling most of my Nikon kit - apart from the D40 with the 35 AF-S (camera for sentimental reasons but also cause I love holding it and the 35 cause it is a cracking lens) - I will be buying a bit of Pentax lens kit.
50-135 first, 40mm second, 8-16 Sigma third and lastly 16-50 Or that is what I hope to do!
Good shooting and greetings from Watford
