Deep joy in my house today. My new K3ii and DBG5 arrived. Well actually they arrived yesterday but. Wait for it. The viewfinder glass was shattered. This was NOT the fault of SRS packing. It looked like a factory fault. Within 10mins. of it arriving I rang SRS. They got the courrier to return and pick it up to return it. They sent out a replacement within hours which as I said arrived today.
"NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE. That's why we use them. THANK YOU SRS.
I have of course thanked them on the 'phone.
CHEERS Vic.
Born again biker with lots of Pentax bits. Every day I wake up is a good day. I'm so old I don't even buy green bananas.

Peter. Some of us are "NEARLY" as old as you. I remember Ron Spillman from A.P. many years ago. Yes you're right both you and Matt. I also remember Stanley Unwin. I'm still in the big parade with the trombones and don't get on the sunset strip 'til next year. work that one out?

Vic

I'm 14 years younger than you and I can remember Professor Stanley Unwin!
