It's over processed AND about right. You weren't going for natural and have a good strong image. I like the central vertical but I'm not sure about the edges especially the left edge.

I like the image, the processing seems appropriate. Having said that the grey sky looks a little odd given the sunlight shining on the back of the house. You've also got a couple of sensor spots in the top left.

I agree with Mikew the left edge puts me of as well. To me the image is not vertical or horizantall, the general mood of the image I like.

The questionable verticals aside, I think this is a very good image. I love the colours in the old building but wonder why you desaturated the sky. That doesn't seem neccessary to me.
The scene looks like some old Scottish buildings I've photographed in The East Neuk of Fife and in Culross.

I like it a lot - very much in fact the only small points i can make are that the left hand side needs cropping to remove the bit of chimney stack or whatever it is and maybe it needs levelling as others have said before me also the bottom window is chopped off but you may have had no choice there. Overall its an excellent image it think that it just needs a small amout of cropping. The big plus is that it does have immeadiate impact and is an appealing picture to study.

I prefer the second one. I dont usually like this sort of processing but this works very well. I think more straightening is required and my eye is continually drawn to that inappropriate bit of modern plumbing to the right.

I'm quite pleased with this shot, but i'd be interested in hearing peoples comments on the processing of the shot. I've bumped up the contrast and saturation a wee bit, but i've totally desaturated and tweaked the levels in the sky to get that deep contrasty grey look. I wanted to help give more mood to the shot rather than just have the bright blue sky that was there.
Do you reckon this is overprocessed, or about right?
