December Yorkshire meet

Well guys and gals it seems a November meet was never to be, so how is everyone fixed for the Xmas lights in Leeds (or any other jolly spot you an think of) perhaps even Bradford, especialy if they have the town hall lit up like last year. (I cant do the first weekend tho')

Sounds good to me. I really couldn't get much time during November as I've started a new job. We have a 'new' member for the Yorkshire group (who previously shot with a Fuji). Yes, I finally got my OH a K10D

Bradford lights are a bit rubbish, correction total rubbish!. I think that it is something to do with all the shops having closed and the proposed new centre being a large piece of desolate landsacpae waiting for a devloper to start.


However, I still think that we should meet and take a few photos in Leeds and then a couple of local ales.

let me know when and where you are meeting and i will be there. I have one or two evening meetings coming up but don't work around me.

I'm free all weekend on the 8th/9th-15th/16th
plus maybe a few nights midweek, whats everyone else got free?

Can't really do mid week because of the hours I work but any weekend before the 20th of December is fine.

I can't meet at the weekend before Christmas so count me out.

Can go for a beer Leeds, Bingley along the Airedake railine area midweek. Any one interested?

Well, we better decide on something soonish...

Midweek is a problem as by the time I've left work it has been dark for several hours

I want to get some actual light and not just survive with a flash if possible. Evening light is good too and easier to catch in winter.

Well it looks like lucky me is going to get two December meets

One at the weekend with Dan (Tyr)
And one Midweek with Dave

Fine by me, just need to sort out a time/place to meet.

Lets meet in Leeds for on either the 17th or the 20th for a drink in central Leeds 7.30 - 9.30. Alan, can you suggest a bar?

I have an idea for a photographic project based on Ilkley Moor that I would like to discuss.

I have no new PMs so something has gone awry...

I wonder where it went then???
It was to suggest the 15th (tonight) for a meet in Leeds. But no worries, something else has cropped up so I wouldn't have been able to make it anyway

Unfortunately, I can't make Monday. Wednesday to Friday is easier but Thursday or Friday would be best. It isn't very easy for me after work as it means getting home at 7 and then going out again after collecting equipment and cleaning up from the 7 mile bike ride.

I am going away on Saturday or Sunday and I'm not back till the Friday after.
