Few days ago, my friend and I had a small talk about photography. He is an amateur photog, just like me, and using a non-pentax autofocus SLR camera. He said he wants to collect some prime lenses but the price issue holds him down. Another thing is that he wants to have a manual focus camera as well. I advised him to try pentax since there are a lot of used pentax prime lenses in more affordable price on the market. I told him the compatibility of K-mount lenses. To my surprise, his comment about it was he thought pentax doesn't make cameras anymore !! Duhh

He didn't even know that pentax produce medium format cameras !!!

Have one of you found a simillar experience like this ??
