Yes, a powerful and short answer.
The limited lenses come with specially designed lens-hood and a soft case from leather (at least that of the DA40 was from leather).

It is sold with both as standard. The hood screws onto the front of the lans and is a pull-out push-in affair. The lems cap pushes over the front of it. You will never need to take the hood off the lens unless you want to add a filter

Thanks for that it is just that both items are listed for the 21 and 40 but not the 70.

I find it is not always included in the description by suppliers or on the Pentax website
