Why don't you contact SYSmicrosystems, they may well be able to help you in getting hold of a replacement hood.

£25 is a bargain compared to the replacement hood for a DA 21mm ltd, if I remember I was quoted £45 for one and all it is, is a lens cap with a square hole cut in it. I ended up making one out of an old M42 Takumar push on lens cap.
