Creeping Light

Mid-morning sun creeping under the roof timbers of a dimly lit room at Valle Crucis abbey. Swallows creep in the same way and leave a lot of mess...
K3 + 16-85mm.

Those soft repetitions and angles are lovely, yet bright enough to reveal the textures. Super shot.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Thanks folks. The light seemed good that morning so I set out to photograph light rather than just stone walls in various states of decay. I must admit that as far as stone walls go, one decaying abbey looks much like any another to me...
