Nice to see them compared next to each other. I never realised (but should have) that it would affect the bokeh like that. It's almost like some kind of mirror lens
Was it difficult to get the 4 shots? Do they have to be perfectly evenly spaced apart (in terms of the focal plane)?

Not really difficult as long as you keep to the same magnification throughout (1:1 in this case) then just move the camera to bring certain parts of the body into focus while keeping at the same angle.Was it difficult to get the 4 shots? I focused on the eye, hump, halfway down the body and wing tip.

Wonderful job as usual, Mike. How did you manage to keep it in the same spot to manage four shots, including three refocusings? Hypnosis?
