I can almost see it's nose a twitching, shame there is so much space around the rabbit, I would have put him to the left and cropped off some wasted space.

Cropped image much better - rule of thirds and all that.

Do you do much PP work ? I think playing with levels or curves could make these pop.

For the rabbit:

Very small amount of smart sharpen 0.3px at 30 or 40% then little noise removal. The saturation is +3 maybe.

for the deer:
smart sharpen 0.3px at 19% and little levels to lighten it up.

I am trying to achieve more natural looking colors in my recent pictures as my previous were with too much saturation, too much yellow and too much green. Now my goal is to see 100% accurate colors as i've seen them at the moment of taking the picture. Maybe a little more experimenting and i will find what suits me the best
