Coolscan IV help

Is there amyome who owms ome of these scammers that would be happy to semd me a full size/res scam of a BW 100 amd 400 speed film.

I curremtly have the Epsom 4490 amd tryimg to decided if the upgrade is worth while. I kmow the quality is said to be much better but it would be mice to see it first hamd.

Obviously there are alot of variables that cam effect thimgs but I believe it would give me a good idea.

Oh amd sorry for all the mmmmmmmmm but my letter after that comes after that ome has just packed up

Doesn't get used much at all...

My personal recommendation, though, would be to at least try Ed Hamrick's VueScan software first. I had a Minolta Scan Dual before that, and Vuescan did make a massive difference in the quality - the Nikon is quicker, but there wasn't a great deal in the quality difference (from what I remember).

B&W is interesting, because you can't use the IR channel on it.
