Confused by reviews

While browsing the reviews section I checked the 'related' images.

Now call me cynical but shouldn't related images be taken with the item reviewed?

On the ones I checked (K5 was one) they're taken with anything but...

I have noticed that too, in fact - some of my pictures appeared in one and I have never owned that bit of kit!
