Commenta for Fortnightly Competition # 48 - Wire, string, rope

Is it okay to use photomontage technique to get the desired effect?
I'm always careful to use post processing in competition but I've a really cool idea but it will require one main photo and a good amount of other photos for elements to create what I want. It will also take at least a week of work (skills are a bit rusty) so want to be sure it will get accepted.

Sure, you might be the only entry . I might have to join and enter too. As long as the original was taken in the date window on a Pentax (Samsung) then go ahead and PP.

That's the problem, it's not one photo. If I need to guess I might need up to twenty photos...As long as the original was taken in the date window
I could off course show all the photos I used to make the photomontage though
Besides the montage there wouldn't be much PP, only to make it all fit together.

OK as long as the PP was done in the time window and the images came from a Pentax(Samsung). If you have 20 images of string/wires etc hanging about ready for this comp then I guess you get a special award anyway.
Feel free to PP away.

I need to specially make all the photos so no worries about the time, they are all new.
Just had an question about the PP which is OK and how to prove the time but that seems to be OK too
Will upload the main photo to prove the time and the Pentax camera along with the entry if I get it done in time.

Stefan, the whole thing runs on trust so no proof required. Your word is good enough for me.

Don, that is genius Did you erase the stick of a sparkler to get the sparks like that?

It looks quite scary! Brilliant picture though!

So the topic is wire/wires, but to be super inclusive, rope and string will be acceptable. (maybe noodles, spaghetti and wool too). You get the idea? I'm in a tent so I'd probably be looking at guy ropes.

Any comments and questions here, I'll clear out once an entry comes in. PM me after this. I'm on holiday but will be popping in from time to time so be a little patient.
