Coming back to Pentax

Hi there ,at he end of last year i sold my Pentax kit and bought the Canon 450.To be honest i've found the swap of brand very disappointing to say the least ,hence the fall off in interest in my photography .So ,i'm coming back to Pentax .So depending on sale of my Canon kit ...450 body , 18-55 IS kit lens , battery grip (5batteries),Sigma 70-200 f2.8 . Kit i'll probably be after would the K10/K20 probably K10, i'll be after 16-45 or similar ,sigma 70-200f2.8 again(great lens).Having lost touch a wee bit on the kit and prices i'll gladly take onboard any advice from you guys on here.:D

It's not the camera itself more the end results ,i was just never happy with them they seemed flat and lacking in contrast and needed a lot of P&P which i'm really not into .Where as when i had the K100Dsr ,yeh it's the lower end of the price range ,but i had some fantastic results with it, which required the minimum of P&P .And i also miss playing about with the old lenses which i'm looking forward to . Oh! and as far as i'm aware the 450 batteries wont fit the 350.
