What you have probably done is blasted the rubbish up inside the viewfinder!.........I did that with my DS and have never used a blower since.......

You will have to remove the focussing screen and give a blow with your rocket blower. Just be careful and DON'T touch it with your fingers.
Heres a guide on how to remove it. link

It might be a pain, however that is where it stops! It does not impact on images and you get used to a certain amount of crud, it's better than a scratched focus screen!

Thanks for the advice guys and the link, not sure my clumsy hands are up to that though, perhaps I will put up with it until I can find a nimble fingered helper, or a gynacologist!

There is a special pair of spring-loaded tweezers that makes it easy. These are supplied with replacement Pentax focusing screens. It might not be a bad idea to have a spare screen!
This video shows you how to change it: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=YqZCjT-jr1s
It's generaly not advisable to touch the screen with anything, but a clean high quality soft brush shouldn't harm it. It will help to statically charge the brush first. You wouldn't have to remove the screen then, just flip it down to access the backside if necessary. Just lightly pass the brush over the screen rather than scrubbing it.
The pentaprism (behind the screen) may have dust on it as well.

I have a 200d which had rather a lot of dust on my images. I was told to get the rocket and tried it out tonight. It seems to have got rid of a lot of the big dust deposits, there is now lots of small bits clumped at the bottom when I take any image of the sensor. However, now when I look through the viewfinder the screen is absolutely clarted up with fibres an I cant see how to get rid of it. It is a real pain, any ideas please.
