Cleaning K10D sensor

OK, I'm jumping the gun on this as I do not yet have a dust problem. The dust removal system and/or a quick shot with the rocket blower has been working just fine for now. But it has only been a week...

If/when the dust goes beyond these methods, would it be safe to use the same sensor cleaning methods as with other cameras without SR?
I have sensor swabs and eclipse fluid and have done a good job on my istD in the past, but I don't want to break my K10D if this is not a good thing to use.

I know Pentax sells a cleaning kit for the K10D. Anyone know what that consists of and is it similar to standard cleaning kits?

My DS has been in use now for 15 months and thousands of exposures. I've never had any dust problems (and yes, I do change lenses!). I dont leave it lying around without a lens or body cap and I make a point of switching it off before removing the lens (I believe the sensor is charged and is capable of atteacting dust when the camera is switched on - although I am prepared to stand corrected on this). Perhaps some people work in dustier environments than others; for example I have noticed when using my Optio compact (the point here is the close distance between the flash and the lens) that in interior environments with a lot of people you get many more of those 'ectoplasm' blobs caused by airborne dust. So... could it be that people like myself who usually work out of doors ( in clean environments ) might be less likely to get muck on their sensors?

Yeah, and if you use prime lenses I suspect you'll have a lot less problems.
I know of people who say they clean their sensors every week or so with swabs and solution. I've only had to clean mine in the istD about three times in the past year and a half.

So I do suspect even less of a problem with the K10D, BUT... there is always that rogue piece of crap that Murphy sends my way that just wont blow off.

It would be worth knowing if I can use my current cleaning kit and do things the way I am used to doing them, or if I will be forced to pay a lab technician to do it for me.
