I used a Rocket Blower on the K20D screen, came up spotless.

Dust on the focusing screen shouldn't appear on your images, that would be dust on the sensor. Never touch the focusing screen wth your fingers or anything else, they're easily marked

Anyone knows how to clean a k10d matte focusing screen LF 80? Had bits of hair like dirt and some black spot, I took it out and accidentally dropped it (on our dining table). I have noticed a black dirt not sure if it’s a scratch but very distracting on the left corner and still have the hair. It still works fine; I have ordered one from SRS due for delivery today or tomorrow. The dirty does not show in the photo unless sometimes when clear sky photos are taken. How often does this need changing and what the effects are in not change them for a while. I want to clean to old one and keep as a spare if I can. Any advice or just dispose of it.
Thanks
Spacus
