Cheap Flash

I think you mean P-TTL rather than TTL? Only the earliest Pentax DSLRs used TTL flash, the current ones use P-TTL.
If you want a cheap flash look for a Pentax AF200T. Everything except TTL mode will work, you even get program flash automation if you set the camera to P and the flash to one of the two Auto modes. You can find them for £12 if you're patient, the trigger voltage is safe for digital and the variable power output in manual mode makes them excellent off-camera slave flashes if you buy something better later on.

Just to clarify...
Out of the digital bodies, only the *ist-D and *ist-Ds (maybe *ist-Ds2) supported TTL "original" flash as well as P-TTL.
All other dSLR bodies only support P-TTL.
However, you can use "A" and "M" flashes on all Pentax bodies
It depends what you want the flash for
If it's for studio style work then flashes with adjustable power settings on "M" mode is the way to go. These can generally be really, really, really cheap flash guns connected with "PC" connectors (or slave flash cubes). Two of such flash guns (and possibly a very low power third as a trigger) make an ideal setup.
So, the Polaroid flash guns aren't that good a deal, I'm afraid as they are 'old' TTL. Your money's better off getting some cheapy-cheap ones that have "A" and a few "M" power adjustments

I am just looking for simple bounce flash indoors (and maybe for macro)

If you just want a simple bounce flash then look at the AF240Z. Has program, auto and manual settings all of which will work with a DSLR. It also has a bounce and zoom head and can be found for relative pennies.
If you want something more flexible then the AF280T will suit. This has bounce/pan abilities, two auto modes, and variable power in manual mode. It is, however, rather more sought-after due to being an incredibly handy flash for the money.
