Cheap DA 16-45 F4?

Can't vouch for the seller (although they have 100% feedback with a 414 rating) but there is a DA 16-45 F4 listed by a US seller on Ebay (item 320161590690) with a buy-it-now price of $250 US (£124) and $24 shipment to the UK.

I was tempted to buy it myself and re-sell it here in the UK (as I've got one already) however I thought I'd do the decent think and bring it to the forums attention in case anyone is interested.
