Interesting shot. Nice tones.
Is that sensor dust and staining in the sky and river?
What have you been up to with that camera?

I think that sensor cleaning would help too but more importantly a little CCW rotation, take the whole exposure down a lot and convert to mono and you have a winner

I think the dust could be birds in flight, used the polorising filter to get a long shutter speed to blur the water, usually check sensor weekly for dust. Will try the black and white conversion, cheers fellas.

Re. colour image:
I know that place - you have chosen an unusual angle to shoot from, and I like that composition.
The sky blue gradation looks fine to me (apart from the sensor dust spots) but, if it were mine, I would enhance the saturation of the other colours in the image - in that kind of light I would expect all the colours to be stronger.

B&W is much better, but that sky and the building need darkening down, and you need to get you eyes checked if you think those are birds in the sky
Thanks Alan
