Hopefully they won't mess it up too badly! I know it gets criticised for being old fashioned and not updating very often, but personally I like a bit of stability.

It is an illusion that photos are made with the camera… they are made with the eye, heart and head. Henri Cartier-Bresson
Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

Love the new dark background to the pages, always improves viewing a darker background.

Looked at Flicker many times, but could never get to understand how to use it.
Is this going to make it easier for non computer savvy old gits, like myself to understand and maybe use at some stage.
Take care.

If they leave it like it is then it will die just like myspace & friend reunited before it, yes I know myspace is having a little bit of a resurgance, but I don't think it will last...

They've probably been given a rude awakening by the phenomenal success of sites like Tumblr  link
Personally I'd choose Tumblr over Flikr any day of the week. It's also a good place to set up your portfolio and effectively becomes a free customisable web site. You can configure your pages easily from hundreds of templates then alter them to make it look exactly how you want. Social image sharing sites are where you need to be if you're in business and switched on.

Better equipment enhances my ability to display my shortcomings.
