Mine took 5 weeks. The lady on the phone at Pentax said when I chased it that it is never paid within 28 days.
I couldn't find that in the small print though!

Strange that it's taking upto a month this time.
Last cash back was when I bought my K200d and the cheque arrived in less than two weeks!
Maybe more people are taking advantage and moving to the best cameras available!

When you claim the cashback you have to send the barcode from the boxes, but which one.There is 2 barcodes on each box, 1 is stuck on and has the price ( way more than I paid ) and the other is printed on the box itself.

I'm also interested to know which barcode - my 16 - 45 lens (from SRS) has a sticky barcode label on the bottom of the box which I think is covering up the box barcode.
I'm not sure I could get this label off without damaging the box underneath and possibly tearing the barcode.

I've just sent off two applications and I've just cut the entire barcode from the boxes.
