case for DS and 16-45?

Can anyone recommend a good close fitting padded holster for DS and 16-45?

Why a case? I always found those cases to be in the way, it's much better to keep the camera in a camera bag and pull it out when you're going to use it!

for use when climbing

I bought a camera backpack that holds the *st D, the 16-45, one of my M bodies, and lots of primes. It's called a Roots bag, and I got it in Montreal, Canada. I'm sure there are stores in your area that sell similar items.

Trust me, the backpack case is well worth the investment!!
