or rather bits of cars. as usual with too many people and vehicles too close together for photography but a lovely sunny day. the proceeds of the show go to St Roses Special School in Stroud in the grounds of which it is held and has been for many years.

Some interesting bits of cars in there, nice angles and nice pp.
No 7 really grabs you.
I probably couldn't afford to run it, let alone buy it.

Good shooting.

The over-processing works very well with close shots of bits and pieces like these. There certainly appears to be a lot of top-end stuff there.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

The PP treatment does enhance the interest. I'm a fan, but cars can be boring.

You were right to go for the close-ins .... the trouble with so many car shots at shows is all the distracting clutter in behind, which is very hard to deal with, not the least because wide angles are the order of the day, so its impossible to get the backgrounds OOF! Nos 2 & 5 are my favourites.

I'm liking the angles you have chosen and the composition but I'm not too keen on the processing applied

thanks for comments, the processing was:- all mono ones done in Silver efex, VW engine just pushed colours in PS, Morgan and Studebaker had very little done, the first one was "Solarised" in Colour efex.

I really like these, the subjects, the processing and the captions also 😀 (it's my kind of thing)

It's a shame that photos don't include the V8 sound ☺️
K10D, K5 plus plenty of clueless enthusiasm.
