Camera and laptop backpacks

Need some help with the purchase of a decent backpack that will hold dslr, lenses and laptop and space for personal items. I have noticed some enthusiasm for the Ape Pro 2000 backpack in USA circles but this bag does not seem to be available in UK? Any suggestions/ideas?

I've been contemplating it mysef but I think it is just a bit too big to go on a plane as cabin baggage

I use the Lowepro Compudaypac. Its not that big in the bottom camera section, maybe hold the K10 and a couple of lenses, but you can always put another lens or two in the top section if needed and the laptop has its own compartment in the top. I picked mine up for about 45quid.
