Just a couple of weeks to wait and than........this hits the market. I already use Bibble Pro but this is fantastic. Imagine.... selective editing, working on Layers ,all non destructive on your raw files. Yummie

And the best part? A free upgrade for owners of Bibble 4.

Martin.
Best regards,

Martin.

Wow it looks very impressive. I once downloaded a trial version of Bibble and really liked it. I never got round to buying it though. Maybe it's time I did

If you buy version 4 now, you will get a free upgrade to 5. The latter will be a lot more expensive as the $160 they charge for the current version.
So don't wait to long. It is expected to arrive soon after the Photokina.

Hmm I'm clearly missing the point here. Version 4 seems quite fiddly to remove dust spots - or is that just patch and I'm lumbered with a circle?

Is there a better clone facility?

Or, is this mainly a good RAW conversion tool with a few extras. I must say it seems fast and no that greedy on memory either.

Or as I suspect these facilities are all arriving in V5?

You are right, spotting in 4 was and is fiddly. I always use Gimp for that. I presume and expect B5 to be totally different, also with its new GUI. The best things of LR and Bibble merged together. The main advantage for me is selective editing and the use of layers, all Non destructive.

It looks good, but I'll guess we have to wait a bit more to be sure.

Sounds like the layers are a bit like LightZone's masking - which was quite intuitive, but so much slower than Photoshop (especially when you get three or four layers)

I'm sticking with Silkypix + Photoshop CS2
