BW film developing

I have a batch of 35mm BW films which need developing, set of small prints and scanning to CD. There are quite a few offering this service in the photographic press but I was wondering if anyone had a personal recommendation? These are all record photographs from an archaeological excavation, nothing arty about them!

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

Your local branch of Snappy Snaps will probably do as good a job as anyone - I've had better results from my branch than many of the so-called "professional" labs with whom I've had very mixed (and expensive!) results.
