I also took the time to check this series out - sobering : stuff ( though perhaps not for the residents...)

I did see those fingers and I guess that's not such an uncommon problem throughout the UK these days. It's the contrasts that shocks me, stray just a couple of hundred yards from a peaceful area and you can be knee deep in trouble.

I think it would break my heart to do a series like that one you referred us to even if I were competent to do so. It's such a waste of youth and life. In all these places there are young minds being wasted.
