Hi George, nice shots.
6, 8 and 12 are my picks of the bunch. I love the impression of speed that six gives, there's just enough in the background without it being too cluttered and the car itself is sharp. 8 and 9 are quite similar but 8 is my preference just because it doesn't have the other car in frame, and 12 is a nice tight group shot. I think the tyres shot would have been nicer without those two people in it (not the usual pit lane bottom shots), and maybe a bit closer in. I also like to take quite a few shots of artfully piled tyres whenever I go to a race meeting (which is not that often).
I have the feeling I ought to know who the last one is, but sadly don't, assuming he isn't Mr Jigsaw that is.

Thanks Mike, I agree with you re the tyres shot. I didn't have much time to wait around and despite the impression the picture gives the paddock was heaving with people and this was the cleanest shot I got in the moment i was there. Like you, I'm drawn to artfully piled tyre shots !
The last guy is Jason Plato, he won the 1st and 3rd race, was leading in the second but had to retire.
Regards
George

I think that's cracking portrait of Jason.
