Bridgewater Glow

Recent trip to Salford to see the "Glow" display at RHS Bridgewater. Well worth it, though finding the best camera settings was not easy! Could have done with a tripod, but it would have been a bit anti-social in present company. A selection of the best follows (which in effect is those with least noise.) K3 + DA 16-85. All comments welcome.

You've done really well with those, great exposure, nice and sharp and good DOF. It can be quite tricky, but you've nailed it!

Super images, what sort of settings were you using?

I am booked to go to Kew next Friday, so will take along my K-1 and either the 31/1.8 or FA 50/1.4 and monopod.

Sorry I didn't respond more quickly - hope your trip to Kew went well! My settings were a bit hit and miss, I have to admit - very high ISO with often ridiculously slow shutter speeds, especially with the camera being hand-held, and hoping that Affinity Photo would erase the subsequent noise - which by and large it seemed to do.
