Blur shots with auto exposure

Well i went to take some pics of my son ten pin bowling and i have noticed that when i'm taking the pic and they move i get a najor blur is there any why i can improve this

Well, this is why the K100 has shake reduction. You need to use a higher shutter speed (not possible in low light) or a tripod and preferably 2s timer or remote release.

A higher ISO speed will allow a higher shutter speed.

If you're at right angles, you could try panning as well, as the bowlers run along. Their arms and hands being blurred as they release the bowls might actually look good, though.

Tyr, how is a tripod going to help freeze the action of the moving subject?

Yes, a tripod or shake reduction will help if the blurring is caused by the camera's movement, but it won't help freeze the subject's movement. For that you need to increase ISO, use a larger aperture (probably both), or use a flash to introduce more light to the scene.
