Is this what is going to revolutionise the whole photography world and we will be stepping into a new era when this is incorporated into the cameras?
I am definitely looking forward and suddenly my just 3 months old K20D has "obsolete" written all over it

Good news for you two then, they already have recorded an image by using someones eyes so maybe when you do get too old to hold a camera you just need to blink to make a photo

Half of the fun for me is the finger releasing the shutter, that characteristic feel, the ability to release the shutter at a push of the button, the clicking sound, the unmistakable sensation of the finger initiating the capturing process of the moment
I dont think blinking my eye and capturing the moment would give me the same feel, so... as Tel said, too old to use the finger then the fun would have dissipated for me. ha

Luckly it isn't memory, they measure activity in the cerebral visual cortex. they now know enough on how that part of the brain works so they can read the patern and translate it to a image.

Amin, I would also very much miss the sound and the feeling.
Have you ever hold a n old SLR camera, which you need to trigger.
just lovely the sound and the feeling they make.
