Black Insert on Shutter lock for MX

A bit of a long shot really but does anyone have one of these I could buy off them.

I have tried Asahi Photo but they haven't got any or know where I could get one.

I've got one left (only two of my four original bodies actually had them attached so they're obviously prone to going missing).
