Bird in flight first effort

Been fishing through the night not the only one fishing this morning so had a go at a bird in flight, could,nt get very close these took with k-r and 55 300 any c&c welcome

Really good set,Nipper!

Nos. 1, 6 & 3, in that order, for me.
The shapes around the wing & the head in 1 are beautiful. (But lose the posts!)

Promise to show us efforts 2, 3, 4,......!

cheers Roger first go in flight though i suppose its easier with a bird has big has a Heron their a bit timid though could,nt get very close

3 and 5 for me, I think, because the view of the bird is more complete and there is less "fuss" in the background.

3;5;6 prefered but I'd be happy with any - they're all great. There's one lives near me and for countless years I've tried to photograph it. When I have no camera with me I've got within 10ft. Every (every, every) time I carry a camera the best I get is 100yds and/or instant flight away from me

OOOOOOOH

I love the second goose pic - just look at that sky and the placing of the birds
let the education continue
