Just looking at my first couple of pages, my most frequently used ones include 1Password, Stanza, Facebook, eBay, Starmap, Exposure, Bookmarks, ColorDrop, Sky+ and Amazon UK.

If it has GPS then Memory-Map would be good - I run it on my car PC to make sure I'm on the proper right of way while trundling around the hills. Basically it gives you Ordnance Survey maps with a GPS fix, unlike Google Maps the data is stored on the device so you don't need a phone signal to make it work.
