I stayed away for a while to cool down from the changes made here a while back. I'm feeling much better now

Thought I'd post some of my favourite macros of this summer for those that are interested. All with the K20D, Sigma 180mm, Metz 48 AF-1 on a monopod:

Stunning photos. I especially like no. 2, but then I prefer flowers to bugs!

Fantastic shots all of them but if I had to choose, it would be number one. perfect lighting on that.

Some really nice shots there but have to agree with Clarky, first one is quite special.

Thanks everyone. The first picture was my most exciting. It was a huge caterpillar!

Clarky, The last one is a globular Springtail about 2mm in length. Cute little things as Dan says
